Privacy Policy

Royal Stack collects only what the online leaderboard needs. It has no ads, no purchases and no advertising trackers today; when ads or purchases arrive, this policy will change first.
This policy covers the Royal Stack game on iOS and Android and the website royalstack.app. The game is published by Kimiagar ("we"). Contact: support@royalstack.app.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- Your real name, phone number or contacts.
- Precise location.
- Photos, microphone or camera data.
- Advertising identifiers.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to answer you.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers named above, who process it for us, and when the law requires it.

How long we keep it
Leaderboard profiles and scores are kept until you ask us to delete them or the game is shut down. Beta sign-ups are deleted when the beta ends. Support emails are kept for up to two years.
Your choices
- Play offline. Without an internet connection nothing is sent, and the game still works.
- Change your name. Settings, then Player Name.
- Delete your data. Follow the steps on the support page. We delete it within 30 days.
- Access or correct your data. Email us with your Player ID.
- Leave the beta list. Reply to any beta email, or write to us, and we remove you.
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We process leaderboard data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the leaderboard you choose to use.
Children
Royal Stack is a card puzzle game with no gambling and no real-money play. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as possible.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If the game starts collecting new kinds of data, we will say so in the game or the store listing before it does.
