Reporting a problem
Please include:
- Your device model and operating system version.
- What you were doing when the problem happened.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
- Your Player ID. Find it in the game under Settings, then Player Name.
Common questions
How do I change my leaderboard name?Open Settings, then Player Name. Names are 3 to 25 characters.
Why can I pause only once per game?It is a rule of the game. It keeps scores comparable on the leaderboard.
The leaderboard says it is unavailable.It needs an internet connection. The game itself works offline, and your high scores are saved on your device.
I reinstalled the game and lost my rank.Your leaderboard identity is tied to the device. Email us your old Player ID or player name and we will help.
Delete your data
To delete your leaderboard profile and scores, email support@royalstack.app with the subject "Delete my data" and your Player ID. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email. Uninstalling the game removes everything stored on your device.
